Upon canceling your appointment, before a 48 hr notice, clients will be required to pay a 25% fee of your scheduled appointment cost. This cancellation fee is to make up for my time lost, as well as the product that’s been pre-purchased for your appt. I completely understand that things sometimes happen last minute which prevent you from making your scheduled appointment, however please understand from my point of view that when you cancel, that’s time and money lost on my end that could have been given to a client waiting to get in.
